I highly recommend Chef Dennis and his wife Theresa for any of your intimate dinner gatherings. They helped us celebrate my 40th birthday for a party of 10 with 6 courses of seafood. Every dish was delicious and everything was cooked to perfection. No one could pick a favorite as everything was so yummy. Theresa helped me decide on a menu that was within our budget. Both Theresa and Dennis were great to work with, very sweet. They familiarized themselves with our kitchen, seamlessly prepared everything and ensures our kitchen was cleaner than when they found it- which is hard to do especially with all the seafood they were handling! The dinner exceeded our expectations in every way!

So grateful to Chef Dennis and Theresa for their time and talent in our kitchen! Our birthday dinner party was just an amazing experience, thanks in large part to them! They really made everything so easy from start to finish. They even cleaned our whole kitchen before they left! Our party guests, as well as my husband and I, were all treated like VIP’s and we will no doubt be working with them again! Amazing, delicious food and impeccable service. Cheers!
